My recent visit to Holston Beef Company left me utterly impressed and satisfied! This farm truly embodies excellence in every aspect of producing superior quality beef. The beef is simply outstanding. It is juicy, tender, and has flavor like you wouldn't believe. Knowing it came from locally-raised, grass-fed cattle made it all the more enjoyable. I look forward to my next visit and continuing to support such a wonderful local farm! They offer a wide variety. Give it a try, you won't regret it!!Posted on Google

Penelope SurBEST FLANK STEAK EVER !!! These guys are absolutely very nice and kind. AND ... the meat is BEYOND delicious !!! Must order or stop by their truck at the Kingsport Market. I marinated the steak during the day and just put it on the grill ... the meat was tender, juicy and very flavorful. Thank you. PenelopePosted on Google

donna jean raylWe were lucky enough to stumble across this great beef company while we were at the Kingsport Farmers market this past Wednesday. We started with the filet medallions for dinner last night which were melt in your mouth delicious! We are looking forward to diving into the rest of the meat we bought from this very nice young man who was very informative and educational about the different cuts of meat. I see a visit /order coming monthly from this great company!Posted on Google
Mark WaltersAwesome beef and a massive selection of other meats! We just tried the lamb meatballs tonight and WOW!! Incredible job. Family owned by super friendly, down to earth people. We love getting our meats locally and learning more about their products on their website. You know exactly what you're gonna get every time.Posted on Google
S. LeVern NunleyI recently purchased a variety of meats from Holston Beef Company… So far I have had the beef ribeyes and the thick cut pork chops… They were both outstanding! I’m certainly looking forward to trying the Bison and Lamb Chops… I have never tried the latter two meats before and the folks at Holston gave me some great tips on preparation and cooking the bison steaks and lamb chops… Just a side note… It was so refreshing to purchase cuts of meats that were obviously prepared by a professional butcher, and not some dude that can only run a ban saw and knows nothing about the cuts to make… Give Holston Beef products a try… You’ll be glad you did! I’m now a customer for life…Posted on Google
