Holston Beef Company is well-connected in the Tennessee farming and livestock communities. Through participation in programs like Pick Tennessee products and the Beef Quality Assurance program, HBC has committed ourselves to providing top quality meats and promoting education to consumers.

But for Holston Beef, it’s about more than just farming. We care about our community! We have teamed up with Second Harvest Food Bank, to combat the hunger problem in our region. Also, we are honored to provide beef to our school cafeterias here in Sullivan County and Washington County. We’re all about making sure people have enough good food to eat and helping kids understand where their meals come from. Simply put, Holston Beef Company is making excellent beef and improving life for folks in our part of Tennessee.
